Wellesley Homeowners' Dues
2008 dues of $585.00 were due
January 15, 2008. If you have not paid your
dues, please send your check for $610 ($585.00
plus a $25.00 late fee) to:

Also, if you have chosen to pay your dues in
two installments, please send your second
installment of $305.00 to the above address
by March 15, 2008.

Subdivision is a family-focused swim and tennis community
of approximately 170 homes located in Towne Lake, west of
Woodstock, Ga just off highway 575 in north metro
Atlanta.
Our amenities enable us
to offer many social and recreational activities
throughout the year. Association members enjoy a
clubhouse, a swimming pool, 2 tennis courts, a basketball
court, and a playground with picnic area.
